Assistant Manager - Ad Operations, Digital Business

Sony Pictures Networks India is seeking smart, driven and experienced Assistant Manager - Ad Sales. The incumbent is responsible to manage, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves close coordination with sales and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, performance optimization, and revenue growth, and will be based in the regional Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will be focused on sales enablement, have an eye for detail, and will have had some experience of being part of a technically skilled team that has delivered successful results in a solutions-first environment.

Education: Graduate Degree or B-Tech Preferred / MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 4+ years experience in Digital background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure campaigns deliver as per booked impressions, clicks, or conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ensure accurate implementation of creatives, targeting, budgets, and tracking pixels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from brief to closure.
• Monitor pacing, performance, and inventory utilization.
• Communicate campaign status, risks, and escalations proactively.
• Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
