Key Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting for Subsidiaries
Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for all subsidiaries.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to managements.
Financial Analysis
Conduct monthly analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet for subsidiaries.
Identify key variances and provide actionable insights to management.
Capex & Borrowing Coordination
Liaise with subsidiaries for capital expenditure (Capex) and borrowing requirements.
Facilitate approvals for Capex proposals in line with company policies.
Financial Consolidation
Consolidate financial statements of KNPL on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate with statutory auditors for consolidation and compliance.
Internal Audit Coordination
Act as a point of contact for internal audit activities across all subsidiaries.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance with internal controls.
Business Support
Provide Finance & Accounts support on key business parameters.
Assist in strategic decision-making from a financial perspective.
