Assistant Key Account Manager

Role Overview

This is a control-tower role responsible for ensuring real-time visibility, execution accuracy, and platform coordination across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce | Modern Trade channels. The role demands speed, precision, and high ownership with minimal supervision.

Role Purpose

To enable consistent sell-out growth and operational excellence by owning analytics, platform execution, process discipline, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Accountabilities & Ownership

Accountable for daily performance dashboards, data accuracy, campaign execution hygiene, availability, service levels, and early escalation of risks with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily dashboards on sell-out, run rates, stock cover, pricing, and promotional performance
• Coordinate with e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms for listings and execution
• Ensure catalog accuracy, content hygiene, and correct campaign setup
• Track availability, cancellations, service levels, and replenishment
• Monitor promotional spends and evaluate ROI
• Enable KAMs with insights, alerts, and performance analysis

Candidate Profile
