Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation (CIIF) is looking for a passionate Assistant Incubation Manager to help shape the next generation of startups

What Youll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of a dynamic incubation center

Work closely with early-stage startups and guide them through their growth journey

Plan and execute events, workshops, and outreach programs

Build strong relationships with mentors, investors, corporate partners & ecosystem enablers

Facilitate access to funding, resources, and networking opportunities

What Were Looking For

13 years of experience in startups, incubation, acceleration, or entrepreneurship roles

Bachelors degree in Business / Engineering / Entrepreneurship (Masters is a plus)

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation
