Assistant Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager

• Implement JLL HSSE standards and align them with client safety objectives

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational health and safety risks

• Provide technical guidance on HSSE regulations and legislative changes

• Ensure compliance with legal safety requirements and global risk control standards

• Conduct and manage incident and accident investigations

• Develop and implement HSSE communication and awareness programs

• Foster a strong safety culture across teams and client operations

• Lead HSSE audits, inspections, and compliance checks across sites

• Ensure vendors and contractors comply with HSSE policies and procedures

• Support implementation of safety training programs and best practices

• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance systems

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective action plans

• Support development of HSSE policies, SOPs, and operational controls

• Manage client relationships related to safety governance and compliance

• Conduct safety audits using observation, documentation review, and interviews

• Ensure reporting and documentation for regulatory and internal audits

• Support implementation of HSSE technology platforms and data tools

• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare management reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

• Ensure continuous improvement in safety processes and risk mitigation
