• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Gather evidence through inspections and documentation reviews
• Close audit findings with corrective action plans
Training & Safety Culture Development
• Develop and implement HSSE training programs
• Foster a strong safety-first culture across teams and vendors
• Conduct awareness sessions for employees and contractors
• Promote continuous learning in safety practices
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Ensure vendor compliance with HSSE standards
• Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Build strong relationships to improve safety performance
• Influence leadership and teams on safety priorities
