Platform Validation Engineer

This position is for a Graduate technical intern in Intel's XEON Platform Integration and Validation organization. You will be contributing towards the success of key technologies for our Datacenter customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining Intel platform validation process and methodologies - Developing and maintaining platform validation test plans and BKMs for technologies and products - Defining evaluation scope and coverage to meet the quality goal of Intel server products - Drive sightings for closure by proactive hands-on work and/or coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Leading complex issue debugging, risk assessment, and retrospective analysis. - Development and/or deployment of object-oriented software automation test scripts in python - Broad understanding of multiple system areas and improving post silicon test content and providing feedback for future programs. Our Manageability team is responsible for End-to-End validation strategy, test content development, debug, execution coordination, and customer co-validation for Intel's datacenter platform validation of Security and Manageability technologies. Our team interacts with Scalable and Advanced Performance Xeon server product lines. We work in pre and post Silicon environments (simulation/N-1) and with open/closed chassis systems. You will work with other teams across Intel including hardware and software architects, silicon design and debug teams, and software/firmware organizations. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:Candidate should possess a B Tech degree and shall be perusing his masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or relevant technology.

Additional qualifications include: - Demonstrated experience in Python scripting using object oriented approach. - Must have good knowledge of processor and system architecture. - Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
