Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Human Resources with expertise in the Real Estate / Construction industry to lead our HR function. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, manage talent acquisition and retention, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage Talent Acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Oversee Statutory Compliance and Contract Labour Management
- Manage Payroll operations
- Develop and implement Learning and Development programs
- Design and implement Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Performance Management System (PMS)
- Develop and review HR policies
- Handle Grievance Handling and Conflict Resolution
- Drive Strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 18-25 years of experience in HR, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry
- Proven track record of HR leadership and strategy development
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Construction industry will be given preference.
