- Defence & Aerospace Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Define and execute the Defence & Aerospace strategy aligned to DP World's freight forwarding and integrated logistics capabilities.
- Drive revenue and EBIT targets with a strong focus on compliant, sustainable, and repeatable business.
- Build a qualified pipeline (minimum 4-5x of target) with a disciplined focus on deal quality and margin.
- Consultative Selling & Customer Engagement
- Lead consultative sales engagements with Defence PSUs, DPSUs, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and aerospace manufacturers.
- Translate customer requirements into compliant logistics solutions covering international freight forwarding, project cargo, secure movements, and time-critical shipments.
- Anchor key strategic accounts and long-cycle opportunities.
- Government & Institutional Liaison
- Engage with government bodies, defence establishments, and regulatory authorities in a professional, discreet, and compliant manner.
- Build credibility and trust across institutional stakeholders while strictly adhering to DP World's ethics, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure zero tolerance for compliance breaches, misrepresentation, or process deviation.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all commercial engagements comply with applicable defence regulations, customs, export controls, and internal approval frameworks.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, pricing approvals, CRM hygiene, and audit readiness.
- Protect DP World's brand, reputation, and license to operate in sensitive accounts.
- Cross-BU Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, FF, FTWZ, and Solutions teams to deliver executable and compliant solutions.
- Support integrated opportunities where required, while retaining clear ownership of freight forwarding-led deals.
