Role Description
The Site Security Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana. This position involves overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security to ensure the safety of company premises, employees, and assets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating security teams, implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, supervising access controls, and addressing security breaches. The Site Security Manager will also ensure compliance with company guidelines while maintaining a secure and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management practices
- Understanding of Information Security and Cybersecurity protocols
- Familiarity with Network Security and related technologies
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and coordinate security teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are an advantage
