Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer based in Noida. The Assistant Fashion Designer will support the design team in developing new concepts, creating sketches, and assisting in the production of apparel and footwear collections. Responsibilities include collaborating on fabric selection, assisting with embroidery designs, and ensuring optimal fit and quality in final products. The role also requires staying updated on trends and contributing creatively to seasonal collections while maintaining the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Knowledge of textiles and materials suitable for kids apparel
• Experience with Embroidery techniques and applications
• Understanding of garment fitting and ability to make necessary adjustments to achieve the best results
• Attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into functional and fashionable products
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and meet project timelines
• A degree or certification in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in kids fashion design is an advantage
