Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Specialist will generate and nurture leads, engage with potential clients, and convert opportunities into successful sales. They will be responsible for conducting consultations, presenting services, addressing queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing training sessions to clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring quality customer service through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Experience with Training others and building rapport with diverse clients
• A track record of maintaining a customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the immigration consultancy field and fluency in relevant regional languages is a plus
