Assistant Facility Manager – Technical

• Oversee complete engineering and maintenance operations of the facility

• Ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment and systems

• Coordinate with vendors for AMC services and ensure timely execution

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all installed systems

• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintain inventory stock

• Support event-related engineering requirements and facility readiness

• Coordinate with property management teams for smooth technical operations

• Implement and monitor energy conservation initiatives

• Assist in preparation of management reports and operational updates

• Analyze maintenance trends to identify service improvement opportunities

• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service quality compliance

• Conduct training sessions for technical staff and support teams

• Liaise with landlords for technical and maintenance-related issues

• Validate preventive and breakdown maintenance reports

• Maintain vendor escalation matrix and update regularly

• Support technical audits and ensure compliance of all installations

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and occupational health guidelines

• Manage troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and related systems
