Job Title: Assistant Center Manager (Front Desk)

Job Summary
Responsible for creating a welcoming, productive, and community-driven environment. This role combines front office responsibilities with community engagement, ensuring smooth daily operations while enhancing member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Services
- Greet members, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage check-ins, visitor registrations, and access control
- Assist members with inquiries regarding workspace plans, amenities, and services
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure workspace cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT support, and maintenance teams
- Monitor meeting rooms, Canteen and workspace utilization across the Center.
- Intercom Facility Management & Issue Resolution for entire center
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers for clients.
Community Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Facilitate networking and collaboration within the coworking community
- Support planning and execution of community events, workshops, and meetups
- Onboard new members and provide workspace orientation

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Administration preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or coworking spaces
- Fluency in English and local language
