Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our HR team. The role involves supporting recruitment activities and assisting in employee training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Support on boarding and documentation of new hires
Training & Development:
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
• Coordinate with trainers and employees for training schedules
• Maintain training records and attendance
• Support in preparing training materials and presentations
• Collect feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness
