Key Responsibilities:
Brand Communication & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels
- Develop compelling brand messaging aligned with brand positioning
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution
Content & Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with creative teams/agencies to develop high-quality content (visuals, videos, copy)
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and guidelines across all touchpoints
- Contribute to storytelling for product launches and brand campaigns
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Drive social media strategy and execution
- Align with performance marketing teams to meet business objectives
- Monitor trends and leverage them for brand engagement
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including execution and performance tracking
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, category, performance marketing, and sales teams
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative and media deliverables
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Derive insights and optimize campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand/digital marketing
- Experience in FMCG/D2C/fitness/nutrition preferred
- Strong understanding of social media and content trends
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Preferred:
- MBA in Marketing
- Experience with agencies and influencers
- Interest in fitness/lifestyle domain
