Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for auto refinish products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, including body shops, commercial vehicle owners, and industrial users of automotive paints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide technical support on product applications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales or related field (OEM Sales/Industrial Sales/Channel Sales).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the auto refinish industry or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of automotive paints, body shops, commercial vehicles, channel partnerships, and industrial paint applications.
