Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for tiles adhesives products at retail stores, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Retail Sales or similar role in Ceramics/Tiles/Sanitary Ware industry.
- Strong knowledge of tiles adhesives products and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
