The ASIAM - Management Consulting Manager will be responsible for leading consulting projects, developing strategic recommendations, and guiding a team of consultants to deliver exceptional value to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in their professional development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-14 years of experience in management consulting or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
