We are seeking an Art Director to lead creative vision and visual storytelling, elevating brand expression through outstanding design direction across campaigns and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct visual creative direction for integrated campaigns across all channels
  • Lead design concepts from ideation through to final execution
  • Mentor and guide designers and artworkers, elevating team capabilities
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative concepts
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
  • Ensure creative output meets brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with external agencies and production partners on creative execution
  • Stay current with design trends and bring fresh thinking to the brand

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in art direction roles, preferably in agency or in-house brand teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating solid conceptual thinking and visual craft
  • Expert knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience directing photography, video, and motion design projects
  • Strong presentation skills and proven ability to communicate creative concepts to stakeholders
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
  • Understanding of digital-first creative and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries beneficial
  • Leadership capability with ability to inspire and develop creative talent
  • Knowledge of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Design review and feedback capability
