Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, college Campus, Government skill development agencies, employment, exchanges etc.
- Manage all recruitment related compliances including background, verification, negotiation audit responses
- Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA
- Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, respective area
- Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of, requirements in their respective verticals
- Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
