Key Responsibilities
Policies & Processes
- Ensure compliance with policies, risk guidelines, and internal controls.
- Train team members on policy requirements.
- Coordinate with BUs for smooth transaction turnaround.
Business Development & Revenue
- Achieve sales and cross-sell targets for Secured Business Loans.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage profitability.
- Monitor competitor strategies and implement countermeasures.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain client, DSA, and DST relationships.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across branches and channels.
- Ensure quality service and portfolio growth.
People Management
- Set and monitor performance goals.
- Identify development needs and pursue learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Operating Network
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Product, and HR teams for compliance and business growth.
External Operating Network
- Clients/Customers - For understanding financial needs and driving cross-sales initiatives
- Dealers/DSAs/Vendors - For building relationships and seeking new business opportunities
