Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales operations in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors and be passionate about building relationships with clients and managing high-performing teams. This is a hands-on role that will involve developing sales strategies, overseeing field marketing, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the sales & marketing team to achieve and exceed targets
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients- developers, builders, contractors, architects & consultants
• Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with senior management and attend key requirement meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably within construction, infrastructure, formwork, or real estate)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• MBA (preferred), Graduate (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English & Kannada (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi & Telugu is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
