Mission of the Role
The Environment Lab Sales will drive growth and expansion for our analytical testing laboratory specializing Environment testing. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Market Reach:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within Environment sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enter and grow in new markets.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new services or Enhancements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the Environment-testing sector.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports and business forecasts to the senior management.
Client Acquisition And Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and contracts.
- Provide high-level support to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Strategy
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Environment industry.
Collaboration
- Work closely with laboratory operations, quality assurance, and technical teams to ensure client
- Requirements are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate with the Customer support team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing services.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Performance Tracking And Reporting

Outcomes. Qualifications, Experience And Technical Skills
Desired Qualification and Experience: Master's degree in business administration/Life Sciences
- Chemistry or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of Three years of experience in business development or sales within the analytical testing field.
