Area Sales Manager – Home Loans

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Home Loans / Mortgage Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our home loan business in the assigned region. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing home loan business, managing channel partners, handling sales teams, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive home loan sales through direct sourcing, connectors, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, and financial intermediaries.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and lending processes.
  • Experience in handling channel partners and team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.
  • Good market knowledge and local network in the assigned area.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate from Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Home Loan industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in home loan sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership and team handling capabilities.
