Role Description
WeGo Express is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities within their assigned territory to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying and establishing new business opportunities, managing a sales team, maintaining key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to enhance competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including building customer relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong team leadership, training, and performance management capabilities
- Strategic and analytical thinking to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics and courier industry is a strong advantage
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
