Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing clients through phone communication to share information about the properties and services offered by Global Proptech. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also includes building strong relationships with clients and providing superior customer service to strengthen satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications
  • Proficient communication skills, including clarity, professionalism, and active listening
  • Ability to confidently carry out telephonic conversations with a focus on customer relationship building
  • Strong organizational skills with accuracy in maintaining customer records and database
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or similar tools
  • Expertise in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and capability to work under targets
  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage
  • Minimum qualification: High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred
