Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring and leading sales teams to drive performance. The Area Sales Manager will also conduct market analysis to explore growth potential and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Territory Planning, and Revenue Growth strategies
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate sales teams
• Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Keen analytical and market research skills to evaluate sales and growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting methodologies
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel within the assigned area as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
