We would like to consider you for a role as Sr Executive Sales/Area Sales Manager. The position is based at Bangalore /Mangalore/ Hubli / Hosur/ Goa. (Construction Material - AAC Blocks)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive sales of AAC Blocks through site visits, dealer interactions, and project sales
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in the assigned area
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Execute primary and secondary sales strategies
- Handle price negotiations, order closures, and payment collections
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market feedback
- manage and guide junior sales team members.
