Unitell is a Management Consultancy having a focus on personnel and human resource management and related areas. It was incorporated in September 1991.

We would like to consider you for a role as Sr Executive Sales/Area Sales Manager. The position is based at Bangalore /Mangalore/ Hubli / Hosur/ Goa. (Construction Material - AAC Blocks)

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Drive sales of AAC Blocks through site visits, dealer interactions, and project sales
  • Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers
  • Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in the assigned area
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Execute primary and secondary sales strategies
  • Handle price negotiations, order closures, and payment collections
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market feedback
  • manage and guide junior sales team members.
