Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with retail and institutional partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the designated region. The role involves identifying opportunities for market expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, and requires effective team leadership and the ability to analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking abilities to build and manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Problem-Solving.
- Market Knowledge, Strategic Planning, and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel within the assigned area as needed.
