Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. In this position, you will drive new business acquisition, identify and engage potential clients, and foster strong relationships with existing customers. You will develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in relationship building, lead generation, and contract negotiation
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, trend identification, and strategic planning
  • Experience in client account management and after-sales support
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving set goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the recycling, waste management, or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required
