Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within assigned regions and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include managing and developing a sales team, identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The role also involves closely monitoring market trends and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends, Forecasting, and Performance Metrics
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement
  • Proficiency in using Sales Software and tools
  • Prior experience in retail or lifestyle industries preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Availability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as needed
