Key Responsibilities:
- Own performance of MPs & APs and location budgets.
- Recruit & develop quality Full-Time APs from market.
- Coach & mentor APs/MPs on sales, management & career growth.
- Ensure APs & LAs exceed income benchmarks.
- Drive Rookie AP induction, training & re-activation.
- Organize recruitment drives, promotional events & customer meets.
- Grow advisor participation in Conventions, MDRT & R&R.
- Ensure branch compliance & desired product mix.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2-5 years of sales experience (life insurance preferred).
- Strong leadership, networking & people management skills.
