We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a large on-ground sales team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, team building, and merchant onboarding, with the ability to drive targets without compromising on quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4050 BDEs (Business Development Executives) across assigned geographies.
- Drive merchant onboarding and ensure achievement of 100% monthly targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Maintain motivation and performance levels within the team.
- Ensure adherence to quality norms and P&L requirements.
- Build and grow channel partner relationships and distribution networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large teams.
- Competitive, confident, and target-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and the respective regional language.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, partner onboarding, and distribution models.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 46 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing large teams and achieving sales targets.
