Role & responsibilities

1. High Result Orientation To achieve Business Objectives by ensuring proper implementation of Marketing Strategies by Team.

2. Customer Orientation External & Internal.

3. Customer Relationship management.

4. Man Management skills

5. Business Prospecting Skills Self initiative & drive to probe & gather information about Customer, Market & Institutions.

6. Analytical Skills Good ability to analyze and interpret data.

7. Collaboration & Coordination Team player and advocate, open to newer ideas and suggestions.

8. Excellent Communication coupled with listening skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with minimum 7-8 years of pharma selling with atleast 1–2 years as Front Line Manager
