Role & responsibilities

- Responsible to prepare power point presentation for customer and for business development.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- To be prepare and understand marketing research & analysis & product recommendations to ensure all business development activities are optimized.
- To be analyzed the import/Export data
- She/He is responsible to communicate and Co-ordinate with various department.
- To develop & manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new & existing customers.
- To lead the customer strategy from a detailed understanding of both current and potential customers.
- Product promotion through trade shows / exhibitions & customer visits & presentation.
- Analyze consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to ensure as future sources of growth.
- Leads and collaborates with research & engineering to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation and renovation.
- Work for Marketing and Customer Relationship teams.
- To work as part of team to achieve the group and departmental standards.
- Work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
- Be responsible for ethical operation.
- Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.
- Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc.
- Immediately report any incidents related to social responsibility violations and anticorruption / Anti Bribery process deviation
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10-15 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the Chemicals/ Pharma.
Functional/ Behavioral/ Leadership Skills
- Sound knowledge of the business and management skills
- Good understanding of customer and market
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in understanding key industry and market trends
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster good relations
- Ability to lead and motivate team and hold people accountable
- Ability to build a performance and delivery culture by leading from the front
