Designation: Area Sales Manager

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving sales in given area. Product specification and aggressively reach out to End customers.

1. Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific state or region.
2. Grow sales thru finding, developing and growing sales channel partners as well directly to Projects & special applications partners.
3. Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Facade consultants, PMC etc.).
4. Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.
5. Jointly owning Brand Building along with Regional Sales Manager and Brand communication team for their area.

Qualification & Desired Skill Set:

1. (6 8) years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
2. Graduate/ MBA (preferred).
3. Familiar with similar product / Industry.
4. Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
5. Proactive & self-starter
6. Very good communication & Networking Skills.
7. Extensive travelling in the given region.
