Job Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of Loan against Property (LAP) products within a designated territory. You will be responsible for planning and executing the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a strong network of channel partners. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure regional goals are overachieved and to foster a culture of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly Loan against Property (LAP) strategy to ensure regional goals are overachieved.
Channel Partner Management: Identify and tie up with potential channel partners, including DSAs and connectors, to generate business leads.
Sales & Operations: Control and monitor the distribution network, plan sales promotion activities, and manage customer documentation from application to loan disbursement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Customer Focus: Uphold customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team, providing timely feedback to customers on loan status and resolution required.
Reporting: Maintain a database, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Cross-Selling: Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within an NBFC or banking environment.
Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.
Experience in identifying and managing channel partners.
Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
Must be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
Proficient in maintaining databases and MIS reporting.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
