Job Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of Loan against Property (LAP) products within a designated territory. You will be responsible for planning and executing the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a strong network of channel partners. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure regional goals are overachieved and to foster a culture of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly Loan against Property (LAP) strategy to ensure regional goals are overachieved.
  • Channel Partner Management: Identify and tie up with potential channel partners, including DSAs and connectors, to generate business leads.
  • Sales & Operations: Control and monitor the distribution network, plan sales promotion activities, and manage customer documentation from application to loan disbursement.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Customer Focus: Uphold customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team, providing timely feedback to customers on loan status and resolution required.
  • Reporting: Maintain a database, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within an NBFC or banking environment.
  • Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Experience in identifying and managing channel partners.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Must be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in maintaining databases and MIS reporting.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
