Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving project sales in the Assign Territory for the company's glass mosaics product portfolio, with a
strong focus on large real estate developers, Builders, institutional clients.
The role demands building and leading a high-performing project sales team,
establishing long-term relationships with builders, EPC contractors, consultants, and ensuring successful conversion of high-value, large ticket projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive projec sales growth through large builders, developers,
EPC contractors, and government projects.
Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve the revenue
targets.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing project sales team across
regions.
Establish strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and
government authorities.
Track project pipelines, tenders, and approvals to ensure timely
conversions.
Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and closure of high-value projects.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, supply, and
collections.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, field visits, and KPI
tracking.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience in project sales
Proven expertise in team building, people management, and leadership
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and execution skills
Willingness to travel extensively on a assigned region.
