Role: Area Sales Manager B2B (Food Ingredients / Seasonings)
Location: Kerala (Kochi)
Reports To: Regional Sales Head
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Sensorisch products in assigned state ( Kerala).
- Manage distributors, institutional clients (QSRs, hotels, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food processors).
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Build & mentor Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to ensure outlet coverage & execution.
- Identify new key accounts and close large-volume deals.
- Ensure receivables collection within credit timelines.
- Conduct periodic market visits and competitor tracking.
- Liaise with marketing & technical teams for product demos, trials, and brand activation.
Requirements
- Graduate (FMCG / Food B2B background).
- 57 years experience in institutional/B2B sales (preferably in food/beverage/ingredients).
- Strong distributor management & key account handling skills.
- Fluency in English + Regional Language:
- Kerala: Malayalam (mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within state.
