Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated region, develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, and identify market opportunities. Duties include managing a team of sales professionals, tracking performance metrics, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, focusing on market research and client acquisition strategies
- Team Leadership and Management capabilities, including the ability to coach, mentor, and manage sales teams effectively
- Strategic Planning expertise, with a focus on designing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills for interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and data for potential business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or F&B industries is highly advantageous
