Role-Regional Sales Manager
Location - Mumbai , Pune
Salary - 6 Lakhs
Job Summary
Manage and grow sales for gym and fitness equipment across the assigned area
Develop business with gyms, fitness centers, hotels, corporate offices, schools, and distributors
Appoint, manage, and support dealers and channel partners
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely collections
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with service, logistics, and installation teams
Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports
Desired Candidate Skills
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Experience in area / regional sales management
Knowledge of gym & fitness equipment (treadmills, strength machines, cardio equipment, etc.)
Ability to manage dealers and distributors
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle products is a strong advantage
