Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Handle end-to-end international sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, order processing, and customer relationship management.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business development events.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends within the PPE sector.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization with international clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in PPE, Industrial Safety Products, or related manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and developing overseas markets.
- Strong understanding of export processes, international trade practices, and global market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling distributors and channel partners across international markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within PPE, industrial safety, construction, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of international certifications and standards related to PPE products.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
