Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Delhi, India

Company: Safety Projects Pvt Ltd

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Handle end-to-end international sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, order processing, and customer relationship management.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business development events.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends within the PPE sector.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization with international clients.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in PPE, Industrial Safety Products, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and developing overseas markets.
  • Strong understanding of export processes, international trade practices, and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling distributors and channel partners across international markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network within PPE, industrial safety, construction, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.
  • Knowledge of international certifications and standards related to PPE products.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
