Job Description

Aout the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Doors & Windows product portfolio across Delhi NCR. The incumbent will be responsible for channel expansion, project sales, key account management, and developing strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, fabricators, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth through channel sales, project sales, and institutional sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Doors & Windows segment.
  • Increase market penetration and brand visibility across the territory.

Channel Management

  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and fabricators.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and ensure business growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits and partner engagement activities.
  • Monitor channel performance and implement improvement plans where required.

Project Sales & Specification

  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Generate product specifications and secure approvals in upcoming projects.
  • Track project pipelines and ensure conversion into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project requirements.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product and business improvements.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the Doors & Windows industry.

Collection & Reporting

  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, market reports, and MIS updates.
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Experience

  • 4-8 years of sales experience in:
  • Doors & Windows
  • uPVC Windows & Doors
  • Aluminium Systems
  • Architectural Hardware
  • Glass & Facade
  • Building Materials
  • Plywood / Laminates / Interior Solutions

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong channel sales and project sales experience.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, fabricators, and dealers in Delhi NCR.
  • Good presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
