D Key Result Areas
Interact with Tata Capital's cluster head & employees of branches mapped directly | .Provideguidance &support toTATA AIA KAMs and allstakeholdersin terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolveetc .Maintain good relationship with Tata Capitals Cluster Head - interact with himregularly to assessbusinessstatus. Take help from them topush & motivate them to maintain productivity .Visit and maintain regular interaction with all relevant stakeholders at partner branches mapped .Ensure that they are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets .Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and mmaintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner |
Manage KAMs mapped to him to help them achieve salestargets | .Ensure that KAMmeet their respective targets which will promote them to the next level .Nurture talent and high performers |
Ensure achievement of attachment targets | .Ensure attachment targets are met across all loan types. |
Ensure persistency & productivity is maintained, Ensure quality of recruits hired in the team, maintain & drive compliance at the zone. | .Ensure key metrics like persistency and productivity are maintained for zone and for each KAM .Ensure processes are followed for all cases, without exception. .Ensure timely hiring and maintain quality of team. |
