Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in insurance sales
- At least 2+ years of experience leading and managing field sales teams
- Strong understanding of the NCR insurance market (Gurugram/Delhi region)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and retail clients in the NCR region
Desired Candidate Profile
- Results-driven leader with strong team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the local Gurugram/Delhi NCR market
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment
