- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance sales
- At least 2+ years of experience managing field sales teams
- Strong exposure to Agency Channel / Direct Sales / Channel Sales
- In-depth understanding of the Delhi NCR insurance market
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives across Delhi NCR
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the region
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular training, coaching, and reviews
- Expand distribution network and build strong relationships with agents, partners, and clients
- Ensure efficient field sales operations and reporting (MIS, CRM updates)
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on revenue and targets
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and customer behavior
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel within NCR
