  • Sales Strategy & Schemes: Proven ability to determine and execute the best schemes and promotional activities specific to their local territory.
  • Sales Drive: Exceptional field sales skills to achieve primary and secondary targets.
  • Team Leadership: Responsible for team hiring and managing the team in the most efficient way to maximize productivity.
  • Distributor Management: Hands-on management and expansion of the state-wide distributor/dealer network.
  • Financial Discipline: Strict adherence to credit control and target-setting based on market potential.
  • Leadership: Must be a Passionate Leader who leads from the front.
