Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the state-level Personal loan business to drive revenue growth per customer.
- Manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for personal loan business across multiple channels including branches.
- Strategically guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key Digital/online partners to boost portfolio penetration.
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for improvement.
- Support the Product team in the Business Loan category to develop differentiated offerings and accelerate growth.
- Organize and execute multiple open market activities to generate leads and grow the business.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Promote automation and digital enablement to deliver holistic customer solutions.
- Attract and retain top talent to support the bank's rapid growth objectives.

- Graduate (Full-Time) Any discipline
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, lending, or financial services.
